浦银国际控股有限公司
2014年3月5日，浦发银行与南亚投资管理有限公司签订了股权转让协议并收购其100%股权；2014年6月，浦发银行收购南亚投资获得中国银监会核准；11月，香港证监会同意浦发银行成为南亚投资唯一股东。同月，浦发银行与南亚投资完成交割及更名工作，新公司名为“浦银国际控股有限公司”，简称“浦银国际”。
浦银国际是浦发银行全资拥有的境外投资银行，是浦发银行实施国际化、综合化战略的重要内容。
Creation of SPDB International
On March 5, 2014 Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co Ltd (“SPD Bank”) signed an equity interest transfer agreement with AsiaVest Partners Limited to acquire its 100% stake. The acquisition was subsequently approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong in June and November 2014 respectively. In November 2014, SPD Bank completed the takeover and the company was re-named as “SPDB International Holdings Limited”, or SPDB International.
SPDB International is the offshore investment bank wholly owned by SPD Bank, playing an important role in SPD Bank’s implementation of internationalization and integrated strategies.

浦银国际作为浦发银行大投行业务平台的重要组成部分，以服务客户跨境投融资需求为主，依托境内市场和营销管道，未来将发展上市保荐、收购兼并、债券承销、财务顾问、投资管理、企业融资顾问、 资产管理、证券咨询等综合化、多元化的金融服务。实现投资银行业务与商业银行业务的紧密联动和有效互补。

SPDB International holds Type 4 (Advising on securities), Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance), and Type 9 (Asset Management) SFC licenses.
As an important part of SPD Bank’s integrated investment banking platform, SPDB International is committed to providing cross-border investment solutions drawing on its PRC mainland marketing and sales channels, SPDB International will offer integrated and diversified financial services in the coming future including listing sponsorship, mergers and acquisitions, underwriting bond issuance, financial advisory, investment management, corporate finance, asset management, securities advisory and so on, in order to develop synergy and mutual support complementarities between investment banking and commercial banking businesses.
