　　尊敬的客户：

　　承早前于2025年3月5日发布的《客户服务通知》[1]之内容，流动应用程序《浦发银行（亚洲版）》将于2025年4月11日晚上8:00-9:00进行境内IOS应用商店的版本更新上架工作。

　　根据Apple开发者官网中的说明[2]，我行提交的更改“将立即生效，但最多可能需要24小时才会向所有用户展示”。

　　使用苹果手机的新用户建议于2025年4月12日晚上9:00后通过IOS应用商店（App Store）进行搜索、安装。

　　期间已安装的《浦发银行（亚洲版）》APP（含安卓版本）可正常使用。

　　若本通知的中、英文有歧义，概以【英】文版本为准。

　　Customer Service Notice

　　Dear Valued Customer,

　　Further to the Customer Service Notice[5]published on 5 March 2025 , the SPD Bank (Asia) (the “APP”) mobile application will undergo a version update and re-release on the Mainland China iOS App Store from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM on 11April 2025.

　　According to Apple Developer Guidelines[6], the changes submitted by our bank "will take effect immediately but may take up to 24 hours to become visible to all users" .

　　For New iOS Users:

　　We recommend searching and installing the app via the iOS App Store after 9:00 PM on 12 April 2025.

　　For Existing Users:

　　The installed "SPD Bank (Asia Edition)" app (including Android versions) will remain fully functional during this period.

　　In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
